Site Survey

The purpose of a Site Survey is to help us determine the scale and scope of your properties needs and how to best install with minimal guest impact. We ensure coverage is available within a specified tolerance of our Service-Level-Agreement (SLA) in areas where guests will occupy. We can evaluate areas that may benefit from other services we provide such as phone systems, access control, surveillence cameras, commercial audio/video, and Point-of-Sale (PoS) networking. 

We begin by evaluating your property address as we do a vendor data search for available fiber optics in your area. If Fiber is unavailable, we can provide LTE and Satellite dedicated service. From there we will plan equipment and distribution systems to make that data available through-out your property. In areas where trees or natural obstructions make it difficult for larger service providers, we will take the time to craft solutions for yours specifc property and its challenges. We will deliver services in hard to reach places that you may not have thought possible before, while maintaining our service-level agreement resulting in ultimate guest satisfaction.
